Privacy Policy

NerveDX ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we use it when you visit this website or contact us.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Taugagreining - NerveDX ehf., trading as NerveDX - an enterprise EEG neuroinformatics company based in Iceland. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at info@nervedx.ai. Company details are in our Legal & Company page.

2. Information we collect

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide - for example:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your organisation
• Any details you include in your message

If you sign up for the monthly NerveDX newsletter, we collect your email address and consent record so we can send the newsletter and manage unsubscribe requests.

If you use the live chat widget, we may collect the contact details, company/organisation, message content, chat metadata, enquiry category, satisfaction rating and optional feedback comment you choose to provide.

We may also collect basic, non-identifying technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries, requests for demonstrations, and pilot enquiries
• To route messages to the appropriate team
• To send the monthly newsletter if you have explicitly subscribed
• To honour unsubscribe, suppression and preference-management requests
• To improve our website and services
• To analyse chat metadata and feedback for website, support and commercial follow-up improvement
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

4. Legal basis

We process contact-form information on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the website and responding to enquiries. We process newsletter subscriptions on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by contacting us.

5. Cookies & consent

You can view the public pages of this website without accepting non-essential cookies. This website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand how it is used. When you first visit, a cookie-consent banner asks you to accept, reject, or tailor non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored on your device and can be changed at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.

• Strictly necessary cookies keep the site and our contact form functioning. They are always active and cannot be turned off.
• Analytics, performance and live chat cookies help us understand how the site is used and enable the tawk.to chat widget. These are only set if you accept them. This site does not use advertising cookies.

If you use the live chat widget, tawk.to may process the contact details, company/organisation, message content, chat metadata and feedback you choose to provide so that we can respond to your enquiry and improve website, support and commercial follow-up workflows. We do not use website chat for patient or clinical data processing. Please do not submit patient-identifiable information, EEG files, clinical reports, dates of birth, medical record numbers, diagnoses, or other protected health information through the website chat or post-chat survey.

If you click Book a demo, you leave this website for Calendly (calendly.com/nervedx/30min). Calendly processes the name, work email, organisation and meeting details you provide in order to schedule the call. We do not load Calendly scripts on page view; the scheduler runs only after you choose to open that link. Do not attach EEG files or patient information to a booking.

You may also manage or delete cookies directly in your browser settings at any time.

6. Spam protection

Our contact form uses anti-spam and anti-bot measures (including a verification challenge) to protect against automated abuse. These do not capture personal data beyond that needed to validate a legitimate human submission.

7. Sharing & security

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and deliver email, under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, consistent with our GDPR-oriented approach.

8. Data retention

We retain enquiry data only as long as necessary to respond and to meet our legitimate business and compliance needs, after which it is securely deleted.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@nervedx.ai.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

11. Contact

If you have questions about this policy or our data practices, please email info@nervedx.ai or use our contact form.
