Partners

Hours of EEG. Scarce experts. One workflow gap.

NerveDX is a cloud-first clinical EEG workflow and evidence platform. Partners diligence a measured proof path. Design partners run the first controlled pilots. We do not ask generic distributors to carry a product that hospitals have not yet evaluated.

Partners

A workflow platform category, not a point algorithm

Continuous and long-duration EEG must be reviewed by trained clinicians under regulated conditions. Services face growing backlog and pressure to adopt AI without losing clinical accountability.

  • Problem: hours of ICU/cEEG and LTM review, scarce experts, inconsistent reporting
  • Category: governed workflow after recording: playback, video, qEEG, confirmation, report, EMR, audit
  • Proof path: design-partner pilots with operational KPIs, then procurement evidence
  • Expansion: toward EMU, ambulatory and broader neurophysiology as evidence matures

How to engage

Use the contact form with interest “Investor” and your firm name. Product Calendly is for clinical and hospital workflow discovery, not a substitute for a data-room request.

Use of funds

Building durable clinical infrastructure

High-level allocation themes - specific figures available in partner materials on request.

Product & platform engineering

Clinical UX, EEG playback, multi-tenant services, integration APIs and pilot-ready workflow hardening.

Clinical validation & pilots

Design-partner programmes, KPI measurement and workflow evidence with hospital collaborators.

Quality, regulatory & security

ISO 13485-aligned QMS, validation documentation and hospital-grade security posture.

Partnerships & go-to-market

Ecosystem development, pilot onboarding and sustainable commercial infrastructure.

Design-partner offer

One controlled pilot, not nine parallel programmes

The 2026 ask is a design-partner service with a clinical champion and an IT sponsor. NerveDX retains product, regulatory and IP accountability. You are not listed as a customer unless you agree in writing.

  • Who qualifies: EEG/cEEG service with a clinician champion, an IT sponsor, and an export path (typically BDF/BDF+/EDF/EDF+ and video)
  • Time box: 30–45 minute discovery, then a scoped pilot with agreed KPIs
  • What you receive: pilot protocol, role-based training, workflow measurement, no logo obligation
  • What you do not send: EEG files or PHI through this website or Calendly

Interoperable by design

NerveDX does not need to replace existing EEG acquisition hardware. We prove value through controlled pilots, procurement evidence and clinical-user feedback.

Later collaboration

Other lanes after a reference pilot exists

These remain part of the engagement plan. They are not the first conversation.

  • Clinical validation: hospitals, EEG labs, EMU, ICU/cEEG and specialist services: workflow review, usability and protocol input.
  • Interoperability: HL7/FHIR, EMR/EHR, SSO specialists; dry-runs per hospital catalogue. See Integrations.
  • Cloud & security: hosting, cybersecurity, backup/restore and identity - EU/EEA residency.
  • Regulatory & QMS advisers: EU MDR, ISO 13485, IEC 62304 and clinical-evaluation experts.
  • Health-tech clusters: Icelandic, Nordic, EU and global innovation networks.
  • Research & academic: universities and clinical research groups under explicit governance.
  • Strategic platform (2027+): cloud marketplaces and hospital app catalogues as evidence matures.
  • Commercial / channel (2027+): regional distributors and hospital IT integrators after reference evidence and regulatory gates.
Where we work

Iceland parent. EU/EEA orientation. Nordic and European conversations first.

NerveDX is based in Reykjavík. We design for EU/EEA data-residency conversations and are seeking design partners across Iceland, the Nordics and the wider EEA - alongside the ICU/cEEG, EMU and neurophysiology services already described on this site.

EU / EEA deployment

Cloud region and residency are scoped per hospital. EU/EEA hosting and GDPR-oriented processing are core design assumptions - see Integrations.

Languages

This website is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Icelandic so buying committees can share pages internally. Language availability is not a claim that we are commercially live in every country.
